November 22, 2008 we went to a Thanksgiving special in Lenexa KS. The event was sponsored by the Shawnee Mission Medical Center.
It was such a privilege to witness the performance of the Kansas City Symphony Brass Ensemble, Union College Unionaires, UMKC Heritage Chorale and the Choir of Lenexa Christian Center.
The evening was made more remarkable by the performance of the commedian Mark Lowry who wrote the song "Mary Did You Know".
Mark is a member of the group the Gaither Show.
